Lately I've been stumbling across more long-form blog posts that I want to read. I don't always have the time to read them right then an there, so I inevitably end up bookmarking them. Now I have quite a backlog of bookmarked articles, but I've found that, at least for me, reading at the computer is sub-optimal. I much prefer to read either a real book or on my Kindle. If only there was some way to read blogs on my Kindle...
Enter the Amazon Kindle browser extension.
With the Kindle extension installed you get a shiny new button on your browser's toolbar, that automatically will format, convert, and send a web-page to your Kindle. This is amazing. I know there are other ways to accomplish the same thing, but you just can't beat the simplicity of a single-click.
Unfortunately, it doesn't always work due to the crazy formatting and the insane amounts of content on some pages, but the majority of the time it does the trick.
If your bookmarks are piling up, give this a shot.
